Salvia sclarea

This clary sage essential oil has bactericidal, calming and regenerating effects.

It is also called: Tout-bonne.

The aromatic essence from this highly stylized flower is antispasmodic, soothing, calming and healing.

It is used diluted at 5% in oil (or a solid vegetable fat) to relieve burns, cuts or fungal skin diseases.

*It is useful against hot flashes, bloating, etc., related to the onset of menopause.

*It regulates and\or triggers menstruation (in case of amenorrhea)

* It fights against menstrual pain, vaginal dryness.

*It is an aphrodisiac and sexual tonic.

*It helps to destock fat, it is also anti cellulite.

*It is effective against excessive perspiration

*It is healing

Contraindications

Do not use it regularly without medical supervision. Otherwise, you risk hormonal imbalances.
