OREGANO VULGAR essential oil

Origanum vulgaris

Its properties at the PHYSICAL level:

Contraindications: 

This oil is DERMOCAUSTIC (can cause extreme irritation of the skin), it is important to ensure that its concentration does not exceed 5% when used in unction, friction or massage in a vegetable oil, near the organ concerned. 

Not recommended for PREGNANT or BREASTFEEDING WOMEN, as well as CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS. 

The common oregano chemotype is rich in carvacrol, which gives it a great power of action and in return implies careful and informed use, always for a short period. 

Its uses: 

-Diffuse oregano in a diffuser to fight fungal infections. 

-Mix one drop of oregano with 3 or more drops of carrier oil, apply to the liver area and soles of the feet, for antimicrobial action. 

-Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly, but NOT TOO CLOSE!! 

-Dilute and take in capsules. 

- Season the food
