Its properties at the PHYSICAL level:

  Its uses: 

- Diffuse in the air to fortify the immune system 

- Diffuse for inhalation in hot water or in an electric diffuser, it strengthens the immune system, cleanses the lungs and the ambient air. 

- Diluted in vegetable oil, it can be applied to inflamed areas and around the adrenal glands to increase our energy and immune defenses. 

-Diffuse in the air or use with St. John's Wort oil for massage. 

-To revitalize and energize the whole body, by applying a local massage to the lower back region (near the waist) for 1 to 2 minutes. 

-Its best uses: osteoarthritis, chronic rheumatism, chronic polyarthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus...)
